Janet 20 inch

So, the hair looks beautiful but it’s actually not very soft and tangles so much at the back if you wear it for a few hours, no matter how much you moisturize and detangle. Again, It looks great in pictures, but I am not sure if you want to deal with the dryness/shedding and knots in reality for the price.

Over plucked

I was super excited to receive my wig ! I’m not a wig person and this was my first wig so I was hoping for everything to be as close to right as possible due to the fact that it was a custom and that i clearly don’t know a thing about wigs . (so I wouldn’t have to fix it) I paid all that money and received my wig awfully over plucked and so i have no clue what to do with it. If I knew I would have gotten an over plucked wig it would have been nice to know beforehand after waiting the ++business days for it to be made .. now I have to pay someone to fix it because clearly idk what to do to fix it. It doesn’t look right on my head at all . The hair pretty tho……

It was good just make sure that the closure is sewn on good to wig it’s sewn but can be seen that after awhile will have to be sewn down again

Closure length is too short for a 26 inch unit

I ordered a 26 inch Janet unit. My biggest issue is the closure. It is so much shorter compared to the rest of the hair, I would guess at the longest it’s 14-16 inches. As a result there’s an obvious cutoff between the top and the rest of the hair. Also, I patiently waited the wait time for order and processing. Several days after it was late I reached out to customer service asking about the status of the unit. I received no apology, no greeting, nothing. Instead the next day I was sent an email with the shipping details. I found that to be poor customer service. Taking that little bit of time to say hello and apologize for a late order is the difference between getting repeat business and referrals vs a bad review and a customer not wanting to do business with the company again.
